About

Welcome to Zeva Art Therapy, where creativity meets healing in a playful, supportive space designed just for you. I’m Zeva, and I am a qualified Art Therapist, holding a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy and accredited with the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA). With extensive experience working across diverse communities, I’m passionate about guiding you to explore your inner world through art, unlocking new pathways to wellbeing and self-discovery.

Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges or simply curious about creative self-expression, let’s embark on this journey together. I love being creative myself and expressing myself in all sorts of ways. I would say I’m an emotional person, reflective and care deeply about music, relationships, animals, nature, personal development, podcasts, cooking, health & wellbeing.

As well as being an Art Therapist I also work as a Senior Mental Health Peer Support Worker with a lived/living experience of managing weight, confidence issues and mental health challenges. I am passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people can explore their feelings, strengthen their self-worth, and discover new ways to cope and connect.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and grounded in both professional training and real-life understanding.

Through creativity, compassion, and gentle guidance, I hope to support you to express yourself, heal, and grow — at your own pace.
